The Firehock Story

Evidence over ego.

Progress built together.

I’m Ryan Firehock—a teacher, coach, strength and conditioning practitioner and former Australian Ninja Warrior competitor.

Firehock grew from something I kept seeing in men around me: they often knew what they should be doing, but struggled to keep doing it alone. Work became busier. Family responsibilities increased. Training became inconsistent. Energy and confidence slowly dropped.

The fitness industry usually responds by telling men to work harder, become more disciplined or follow a more extreme plan.

I believe most men need something different.

They need the right starting point, practical structure, honest accountability and people around them who genuinely want them to succeed.

That is why Firehock combines evidence-based training with support across movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, habits and mindset. The goal is not simply to complete workouts. It is to help men rebuild strength, energy, confidence and standards they can carry into the rest of their lives.

Community is a central part of that process.

Not forced motivation. Not comparison. Not performative masculinity.

A genuine brotherhood where men can be honest about where they are, take responsibility for where they are going and support one another through the weeks when motivation disappears.

Firehock provides the system—but the men inside it help create the connection.

We may train as individuals, but we build proof together.
