APPLICATION / PROGRAMME FIT
Is The Proof Reset for you?
We only accept men who are ready for the work. This is a private, coached pathway for Australian men who value their time and their family's needs as much as their own health.
The Correct Phase of Life
Typically ages 28–44. You're likely a dad—perhaps for the first time—or navigating a demanding career. You are the man everyone relies on, and you've realised your health is no longer a solo luxury; it is a necessity for your family.
Physical Readiness
You don't need to be in shape to start, but you must be ready to move. If you are 'starting again' for the 10th time, The Proof Reset is designed to break that cycle by building foundational baseline health before chasing peak performance.
Who this is NOT for
If you're looking for a 6-week 'shred' or a generic fitness app plan, this isn't it. If you're unwilling to be honest about your current habits or follow a structured, evidence-led system, we are likely not a match.
Australian Context
The coaching is specifically built for the Australian lifestyle. We understand the work culture, the distances, and the family values that define being a provider and protector in this country.
The Process / What Happens Next
Is The Proof Reset right for you?
The Proof Reset is designed for adult men who want practical structure, honest accountability and a healthier way to rebuild strength, energy and consistency.
You do not need to be fit, highly experienced or completely confident before applying. You do need to be willing to engage honestly, accept coaching and begin at the level your current evidence supports.
1. You want structure that fits real life
You may be balancing work, family, relationships and other responsibilities while trying to improve your health.
You want a clear plan that is realistic enough to follow—not another extreme programme that disappears when life becomes demanding.
3. You are ready to begin safely
You do not need to be in peak condition.
Before enrolment, Firehock reviews your health, training history, current concerns and readiness to determine whether the programme is appropriate or whether further clearance or support may be required.
What happens after you apply:
-
Submit your application.
-
Ryan reviews your goals, barriers and coaching fit.
-
Suitable applicants complete the full intake, screening and assessment process.
-
Firehock confirms the appropriate pathway or recommends a better next step.
-
Accepted clients complete payment and begin Week 0 onboarding.
2. You are willing to be coached
The Proof Reset requires participation.
That means completing check-ins, communicating honestly, reporting pain or difficulties and accepting appropriate adjustments rather than forcing progress for the sake of ego.
4. This may not be the right fit if:
-
you want a rapid-transformation or punishment-based challenge
-
you are looking for a generic programme with no accountability
-
you want to choose the hardest pathway regardless of readiness
-
you are unwilling to complete check-ins or communicate honestly
-
you require medical, rehabilitation or clinical support outside Firehock’s scope
-
you currently cannot commit to the minimum programme requirements
Important note:
*Applying does not guarantee enrolment. It begins a personal review of whether Firehock is the right level of support for you.*
The Proof Reset / Why Apply
Rebuild your energy. Strengthen the way you show up.
The Proof Reset is designed to help you build a healthier, stronger and more consistent life—without relying on extremes, shame or perfect circumstances.
More usable energy
Build practical routines around training, movement, nutrition and recovery that support your energy across work, family and everyday life.
The goal is not constant intensity. It is having more capacity for what matters.
A plan that fits real life
Your training dose is built around your current readiness, schedule and ability to recover.
No unnecessary two-hour sessions or extreme routines—just clear priorities you can realistically repeat.
Confidence earned through action
Confidence grows when you keep realistic commitments, improve your physical capability and collect evidence that you can follow through.
You do not need to feel confident before beginning.
Accountability that keeps you moving
Complete weekly check-ins, receive personal feedback from Ryan and work alongside a small group of men committed to honest progress.
You remain responsible for the work, but you are not expected to navigate every difficult week alone.
