The Founding Circle is Firehock’s core eight-week coaching and community experience. Ryan assigns the starting pathway after screening and assessment, then helps you train, move, recover and follow through inside a structure built for real life.

Can I choose Rebuild or Build?
No. Your starting pathway is assigned after screening and assessment. Lower is not lesser; the correct dose creates the best chance of useful adaptation.
What happens after eight weeks?
You complete a Final Proof Review and receive a 30-Day Proof Maintenance Plan. The next step may be independent maintenance, another block, a more individual service or appropriate referral.
