The Proof Reset — Gold Coast Hybrid
Online structure, private coaching and three face-to-face sessions that connect directly to your eight-week plan.
Aud $1,997 upfront or 2 payments of Aud $1,047
Best for:
Gold Coast men who value the full Premium experience and would benefit from in-person movement confidence, technique feedback or stronger face-to-face accountability.
Gold Coast Hybrid includes everything in Premium 1:1 plus three integrated 60-minute sessions. Each session has a defined job: establish the priority, transfer it into normal training and consolidate the next step.
What is included
· Everything included in Premium 1:1.
· Three 60-minute in-person sessions on the Gold Coast.
· Early-programme Establish session with a Movement Priorities Card.
· Midpoint Transfer session with a Technique Transfer Plan.
· Late-programme Consolidate session with an In-Person Proof Summary.
· Real-time movement, technique and effort feedback.
· In-person observations connected to programme adjustments and reviews.
· 30-Day Proof Maintenance Plan after Week 8.
How it works
1. Complete online screening and onboarding before the first training session.
2. Use Session 1 to confirm priority movements and appropriate cues.
3. Practise inside the assigned programme rather than waiting for the next face-to-face session.
4. Use Session 2 to test transfer and Session 3 to confirm independence and progression.
What this is not
· Three unrelated personal-training appointments.
· A full physiotherapy, medical or rehabilitation assessment.
· Unlimited in-person sessions or travel outside the stated service area.

Frequently asked questions:
Where are sessions held?
The confirmed Gold Coast location and access instructions are provided before booking. Availability, cancellation and travel conditions apply.
What if I do not need technique coaching?
The sessions can still be used for effort calibration, exercise fit, movement confidence or face-to-face review. Hybrid is recommended only when in-person delivery adds a meaningful job.

you purchase the wrong product by mistake
However, we understand that life happens. If something genuine comes up, contact us directly and we will review the situation fairly.

The Proof Reset programs
The Proof Reset is an application-based coaching and community experience. Places are limited, and payment secures your position in the program.
For this reason, we do not generally offer refunds once:
you have been accepted into the program
payment has been made
onboarding has begun
you have received access to program materials
you have joined the private group/community
the program has started
If you withdraw before the program starts, we may offer a credit, transfer, or partial refund at our discretion, depending on timing and whether your place can be filled.
Missed calls, missed check-ins, or missed participation are not refundable.
Online consults
Online consults may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited unless there are genuine emergency circumstances.
If Firehock needs to reschedule, you will be offered a new time or a refund if a suitable time cannot be arranged.

If Firehock cancels or cannot deliver the session, you will be offered a rescheduled time, credit, or refund.
Payment plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full payment amount.
Payment plans are not a subscription that can be cancelled partway through simply because you stop participating.
If a payment fails, we may pause access to the program, community, resources, or coaching until the payment issue is resolved.
